1. Ensure you have either published or drafted the post with which you wish to categorize your contents.(just creating labels need not that post be published, but in order to make any label among your static pages that will appear on the homepage as top tabs, you must published every post in the label because of a link/the
labels address that you must use for making a page)
2.After drafting posts or publishing them, select all the post that you wish to feature in the label by checking those small square boxes beside them.
3. After this, just above/atop/on the head of the published/draft posts still in blogger posts, are symbolic tool bars and texts, a waste bin ,revert to draft, publish, a pen pointing upwards, and a double square box........that's from the right end.
4.Select the upward pen symbol. And select NEW LABEL
5. Then you will be required to enter the labels name and that's it. You have created the label.

Like say you want to add Blogging & SEO above to pages, Hover your mouse on Create Post with Post Editor, as you do that, a small menu will appear from beneath the post containing EDIT, SHARE, VIEW, DELETE. Now click view
3. View will open your page in another window, it will open that post in particular. Then as the post is now open on your page, assume it's 'create post with post editor' bloggerdemmy will open showing the post
4. Now scroll down the bottom of the post to this spot:
See that LABELS: BLOGGING & SEO? click on it. Another page may open, but that's not my concern, my concern is this:
